RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Leziff® is committed to providing the best possible customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of merchandise, provided that it is in substantially intact condition, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. You must provide a copy of your purchase receipt to obtain a full refund of the purchase price and follow the procedure described below. Refunds will be made using the same method used for the original payment.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, 14 days from receipt of the goods . To exercise the right of withdrawal from the order management page of your account go to: Order History and fill out the appropriate form.
Click on “ DETAILS ” and then fill in the appropriate space , we ask you to provide us with a reason, even if optional, in order to improve our service.
Once the request has been sent and the appropriate checks have been carried out, you will receive a communication regarding how to ship the product/s.
Please remember that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations:
We will only charge the actual amount at the time of shipment. If the request should arrive before that time, we will be able to fulfill the cancellation request. In the case of goods already shipped, you can instead exercise the right of withdrawal.
