HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

All orders are placed online. An order is considered completed as soon as the customer receives a copy of the acceptance of the same via email. In this regard, the customer is required to check the Copy of the Order and promptly communicate any error.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Once the payment has been made and accounted for, it generally takes about 24/48 hours for the actual shipment of the goods (technical time for packaging and shipping). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except for holidays falling on weekdays. In particular, orders received after 11:30 on Thursdays will be processed starting from the following Monday, except in exceptional cases or otherwise agreed.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Images are for illustrative purposes only. All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT and packaging. The availability of products online is REAL (unless otherwise specified) and the prices refer to single units of products.

Warning: the quantities at the time of adding to the cart refer to the availability in stock AT THAT MOMENT. If you decide to add products to the cart, save it and complete the order at a different time, the selected products may decrease in quantity or run out. If this happens, a representative will communicate the matter within a short time using the telephone channel or, if there is no response, by sending an email to the address indicated by the customer.

Prices, configurations, technical and aesthetic characteristics may be modified at any time, following market variations or typographical errors.

Payment Methods:

BILLING

For orders placed by private individuals, a copy of the order or the transport document will be included inside the package.
In case of purchase by VAT holders, an electronic invoice will follow via SDI and a courtesy copy in PDF via email.

Online sales are attributable to mail order sales and therefore without the obligation to issue an invoice as provided for in article 22 of the Presidential Decree 633 of 1972, and without the obligation to issue a receipt as provided for in article 2, letter oo), of the Presidential Decree of 21 December 1996, n. 696.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

The products sold on the Site may, depending on their nature, be covered by a conventional guarantee issued by the manufacturer (''Conventional Guarantee''). The user can assert this guarantee only against the manufacturer. The duration, the extension, including territorial, the conditions and methods of use, the types of damages/defects covered and any limitations of the Conventional Guarantee depend on the individual manufacturer and are indicated in the cd guarantee certificate contained in the product packaging.

The Conventional Guarantee is voluntary in nature and does not replace, limit, prejudice or exclude the Legal Guarantee.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

For non-professional buyers, all products have a 24-month warranty on manufacturing defects after inspection by our technical office.

Except for warranty extensions purchased with the product and/or direct warranty from the manufacturer that extend the legal warranty period.

All consumable parts, even anomalous ones, and all breakages/defects resulting from improper use or ignorance of how the products work are not covered by the warranty.

The use of unsuitable and/or compliant devices and unsuitable and/or compliant batteries are included in this category. All malfunctions that are not directly attributable to a manufacturing defect are not covered by the warranty. If the parts or the defective item are no longer available or are not easily available, the item will be replaced with one of equal characteristics at the sole discretion of Leziff® If the warranty conditions do not persist, Leziff® reserves the right to retain the item in question until the costs incurred and to be incurred such as shipping and any necessary labor have been reimbursed.

If the item is found to be defective, the customer will be reimbursed for the costs incurred for packaging and shipping. Labor and spare parts will be replaced free of charge.

The warranty is valid only and exclusively in the presence of proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), it lapses if the objects are dismantled/tampered with by unauthorized personnel or if any warranty seals are removed, tampered with or counterfeit.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term of 14 days from receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to: Leziff® by Mario Potenza Via Gen. Raffaele Carrascosa 10 C/D 80141 Naples the communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by email to info@leziff.com , provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.

This communication must contain:

  • The codes of the products you wish to return;
  • The instructions on how to reimburse the expense incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details.

The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer intact and complete with original packaging to the same address used for the registered letter. Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, we will proceed, as soon as possible, to credit the customer with the cost of the returned products, withholding, where necessary, the amount of the shipping costs which will in any case remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Art. 59. regulates the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, specifically the right of withdrawal:

  1. It does not apply to the supply of digital content via a non-material medium, or to all software and content downloadable or sent electronically to the consumer customer.
  2. It does not apply to service contracts after the complete performance of the service if the execution has begun with the express agreement of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full performance of the contract by the professional;
  3. It does not apply to the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed after delivery;
  4. It does not apply to the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized;
  5. Contracts where the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the professional for the purpose of carrying out urgent repair or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such a visit, the professional provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than spare parts necessary to carry out maintenance or repairs , the right of withdrawal applies to such additional services or goods;
  6. The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
  7. The supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market which the trader is unable to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
  8. Contracts concluded at a public auction;
  9. The supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;

CANCELLATIONS:

We will only charge the actual amount at the time of shipment. If the request should arrive before that time, we will be able to fulfill the cancellation request. In the case of goods already shipped, you can instead exercise the right of withdrawal.

CONTROVERSIES

For any legal dispute, pursuant to the regulations in force, territorial jurisdiction is unconditionally attributed to the Court of residence (or domicile) of the Consumer. The Consumer Code has established a European platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (so-called ODR platform).
